INITIAL CONSULTATIONGetting to know you and your desires is a huge priority. At our initial meeting we’ll talk colors, finishes, style likes and dislikes—the aesthetics part of the project! Timeframe and budget are pretty important considerations, so we’ll need to note those details as well. This info will help us formulate a plan that fits not only your style but also fits within your budget constraints.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT Once we’re clear on our mission, we’ll get busy putting a plan together. We’ll spec the necessary materials, prepare drawings (if needed) and detail the timeframes. During this time, we’ll collaborate with you to make sure our plans are on the right track.
PROPOSAL FINALIZATION Together, we’ll sit down and go over the detailed plan, complete with samples and drawings. You’ll have the opportunity to make changes before actual work begins on your project. Once the plans are agreed upon and signed off by you, a deposit will be required to begin the actual work.
INSTALLATION AND COMPLETION We’ll be procuring the materials needed as well as scheduling the subs for installation. Job site visits will be frequent to ensure work is being done in accordance with the specifications. Once you are satisfied with the work we’ve done and before we leave your site, we’ll want to take some pictures!
